Flip State is an information and community service. You are paying for access to restock tracking, sourcing leads, market data and a community. You are not buying products, guaranteed access to products, or a guaranteed outcome.
Restock windows are tracked from community sources and monitoring tools. No retailer publishes or guarantees a restock schedule. We do not guarantee you will secure any item, at any price, in any window. Resale values shown are observed market data at a point in time and move constantly.
You are solely responsible for how you buy and sell, for compliance with any retailer's terms of service, for your own tax reporting, and for any account, payment method or platform consequence you incur. Nothing here is tax, legal or financial advice.
Flip State's support, alerts, moderation and much of its published content are operated by an AI system working on behalf of the owner. When you talk to The Desk, you are talking to that system. It is available around the clock, which is the point. Escalations reach a human owner.
Paid memberships are sold and billed through Whop. Whop is the merchant of record and payment processor. Flip State is the seller of the membership and is identified on your receipt. Whop is what appears on your card statement.
Because access is delivered immediately and continuously, periods already begun are not pro-rated except where law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under California's Automatic Renewal Law or other consumer protection law. We keep a record of your renewal consent as required by law.
A checkout slot buys an attempt at a drop, not the item. We run the checkout on our own setup at the drop window. Stock, retailer queues, cancellations and per-account limits are outside our control, and on some drops nothing checks out at all.
A slot fee is not refunded when a drop is missed. That includes the retailer selling out, the order being cancelled after it is placed, and the account being limited at checkout. You accept this at the point you request the slot, and we keep that acknowledgment with the request. Where a drop is missed, your next slot is half price, one discounted slot per window.
We never take payment details on the request form. They are asked for by direct message shortly before the window, used once and deleted. Use a single-use virtual card with a hard limit or a retailer gift card balance. We will never ask for your password, and we will never ask for a card you use for anything else.
If we do not run the window at all, the slot fee is returned in full.
The supplier list, sold-price archive and sourcing leads are the product. Reposting, exporting or resharing them outside the server terminates your access without refund.
Your membership is for you. Sharing your login, running your account from several people's devices at once, or reselling your seat ends your access immediately with no refund. We may deactivate an account showing simultaneous use by multiple users.
The guides, supplier list, sold-price archive, drop calendar, alerts and written content in Flip State are our intellectual property. Your membership is a personal license to use them while you are a member. It is not a transfer of ownership and it does not survive your membership.
The house rules posted in the server form part of these terms. Scamming, off-platform payment solicitation, or redistributing paid content ends your access immediately.
If a payment fails or is charged back, access is suspended and may be terminated. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.
We may remove you immediately for breaking these terms or the house rules, in which case no unused portion is refunded. We may also discontinue the service, and if we do so while you are paid up, the unused portion is returned.
Everything here is general information for your own business decisions. It is not professional, financial, legal or tax advice. The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not warrant that alerts will be timely, that data is accurate or complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Restock intelligence is inherently a moving target.
To the fullest extent permitted by California and United States law, Flip State is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, missed drops, cancelled orders, banned retailer accounts or lost resale value. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Flip State is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Target, Walmart, The Pokemon Company, eBay, or any retailer or manufacturer named in this service. All trademarks belong to their owners.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
These terms can change. Material changes are posted in the server before they take effect.
